For the first time, the program is held simultaneously at three locations: Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street (Saigon Ward), Thu Dau Mot Ward, and Vung Tau Ward.

Tran Thi Dieu Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, stated that for the first time in the 23-year history of Nguyen Hue Flower Street, the organizers are implementing two versions of the experience – daytime and nighttime. The daytime version is a symphony of colors under the Southern spring sun with over 100,000 baskets of diverse flowers, while the nighttime version is a light festival and groundbreaking mapping technology.

Visitor Van Thuan, who was with a group of friends, said that he visits Nguyen Hue Flower Street every year and considers it an unmissable check-in spot during Tet. "In Nguyen Hue Flower Street, there are many horse mascots in the large and small scenes, but I was most impressed with the two mascots at the central entrance gate and the entrance gate adjacent to Bach Dang Wharf. At the central entrance gate, the horse mascot is designed to be quite eye-catching and powerful, symbolizing the city's development. I hope that city residents and international tourists will have a lasting impression and take memorable photos here,” Thuan added. 

The Nguyen Hue Flower Street is opening to serve spring outings and sightseeing until 9 PM on February 22nd (the 6th day of Year of the Horse).
