In 24 hours, an additional 130,273 patients recovered, raising the total number of recoveries to 8,277,563. There were 31 deaths of COVID-19.

By Wednesday, Vietnam administered 207,235,119 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19. The 1st dose vaccination rate for people aged 18 or older is 100%, 2nd dose is 99.8%, 3rd dose is about 50%.

Vietnam is ready to vaccinate children from 5 to under 12 years old. The Ministry of Health has assigned relevant units to urgently develop a vaccine supply plan for 4th dose injection.
