Le Manh Ha is deputy chairman of the Government Office and a member of the national committee on ICT: "The efficiency and transparency of the government work depends largely on ICT. The Prime Minister has asked the Government Office to establish an e-government system. I hope the IT community, together with managers, will help the Government Office to successfully establish the project as scheduled."
