Themed "Ho Chi Minh who believes in victory", the program, involving 300 artists from HCMC and Nghe An province, honored the great leader and his home village.

The Sen Village Festival drew 31 amateur art troupes from provinces and cities nationwide and inaugurated the statue “President Ho Chi Minh Visits His Homeland”.
