General Giang urged local authorities, sectors, and residents to continue strengthening communication about the Party’s viewpoints in the Draft Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress on promoting the power of national great unity, in line with the effective implementation of the Politburo’s resolutions. He emphasized the need to pay greater attention to social welfare, ensuring the well-being of citizens, especially disadvantaged households, policy beneficiaries, and those who have contributed to the revolution.

The General stressed that great unity should not be limited to words but must be demonstrated through concrete actions and practical contributions through public welfare projects. He encouraged promoting patriotic emulation movements, spreading exemplary models, and inspiring a spirit of dedication and creativity across the society. He called on every resident of Linh Son to be a “soldier on the development front,” contributing to building a wealthier, more beautiful, and civilized locality.

General Giang expressed confidence that Linh Son ward and Thai Nguyen province as a whole will continue to achieve strong breakthroughs, becoming a bright example in economic, cultural, and social development while strengthening national defense and security in the new era.
