The regular event monitored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism aims at new innovations in art activities and finding suitable approaches for each art agency’s missions and conditions. More than 600 artists and actors from 14 art troupes staged 20 performances at the festival.

The festival lasted through November 11. All the performances were live streamed on the Youtube channel of the Agency for Performing Arts.
