National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung said the committee will assess the result of the National Assembly’s sixth session and discuss preparation for the next session. They will also approve the committee’s working program for next year, and international cooperative programs of National Assembly agencies during 2014. Mr. Hung stressed, in this session, that the committee will discuss ways to issue its resolution on the implementation of the revised Constitution. The resolution will ask sectors at all levels to work out plans to enforce the Constitution.

On the same day, the National Assembly Standing Committee discussed and approved the Ordinance on Mobile Police, under which the mobile police serves as a major armed force meant to assure national security, and social order and fulfill other tasks in accordance with law.
