(VOVworld) – The 14^th National Assembly discussed at its plenary session on Wednesday amendments and supplements to the 2015 Penal Code.

Cabinet members agreed that the Penal Code is of great importance so it’s necessary to work thoroughly on changes to make the Code viable in the long run. They suggested a change of regulation so that teenagers between 14 and 16 shall bear penal liability for very serious crimes committed intentionally.

They commented on regulations applied to commercial legal entities committing criminal offences, the issue first ever stipulated in the penal code.
