(VOVworld) – The National Assembly approved the Prime Minister’s nomination of deputy prime ministers, ministers and other cabinet members on Thursday.

The deputies said they believe that the new government and the prime minister for the 2016-2021 term will make drastic changes to steer the country out of difficulties and integrate more effectively into the world. The deputies expected that the new government apparatus will continue with administrative reforms and pay more attention to social welfare, food safety, and prevention of corruption.  Phan Nguyen Nhu Khue, a deputy from Ho Chi Minh city, placed his trust in the new apparatus: “I fully agree with the Prime Minister’s decision and hope for a responsible, dynamic, and incorruptible government, who should consider people’s lives their ultimate goals and build prosperity and happiness for the nation.”

Many deputies expressed their hope that the new government apparatus will work aggressively to develop the country and improve the people’s livelihoods.
