At a reception for Mr. Ney Pena in Hanoi on Wednesday, Ms. Ngan said Vietnam ensures top priority to strengthening the traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation with Cambodia, and their mutual support at international and regional forums. She expressed her hope that the Cambodian Senate will continue to assist Vietnamese expats in stabilizing their lives and contributing to developing Cambodia and the friendly neighborliness between the two peoples.
