(VOVworld) – National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung chaired a meeting of investors in Vinh city on Saturday. Leaders of central agencies and representatives from more than 600 enterprises attended the 6th meeting organized by the Nghe An province, the Party Committee of central enterprises and the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam . It was aimed at attracting investment for local socio-economic development. Chairman Hung called Nghe An to promote its advantages in geography and natural resources to invest in development, improving people’s living standards and upgrading transport infrastructure. He urged the province to learn from other provinces’ experiences to create an open and transparent environment for investment.
Nghe An now has more than 600 projects capitalized at 100 trillion VND, including many large and hi-tech projects.
