They include completing policy and legal regulations, strengthening supervision and inspection, increasing international cooperation, streamlining the State administrative system at all levels, and enhancing decentralisation.
According to the resolution, many policies and laws regarding corruption and negativity prevention and control have been issued, resulting in important outcomes.
However, corruption and negativity still happen complicatedly in many areas, threatening the survival of the Party and the regime, it said, pointing out major reasons behind the situation, including problems in State management and limited engagement of the society in the work.
