(VOVworld) – National Assembly vice-chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan received outgoing Indian ambassador to Vietnam Preeti Saran in Hanoi on Tuesday. She praised the ambassador’s contributions to promoting relations between the two countries and legislatures, particularly in economics, trade, and investment. Ms. Ngan said she hopes two-way trade will exceed 5 billion USD at present and the two countries will increase cultural exchanges and mutual understanding.
