Accordingly, the NA will strengthen the oversight of Resolution 43 on fiscal and monetary policies for socio-economic recovery and development and other NA resolutions on key national projects which include the Long Thanh airport project, the North-South expressway, East section project, the projects on building the 4th belt road in Hanoi, and the 3rd belt road in HCM City.
The NA will also oversee the enforcement of laws and policies on the real estate market management and housing development by 2023.
The same day, the NA discussed the pilot of some specific policies and mechanisms for HCM City. They stressed the need to delegate more power to the HCM City administration in organizing state employee apparatus to tap local potential more effectively.
