National Assembly Deputy Trinh Xuan of Dong Nai province stressed the need to have specific regulations on the rights and duties of real estate businesses when piloting the resolution nationwide.
The deputies said it is necessary to survey the demand for land use for housing in general, and the demand for commercial housing of those under the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security, to ensure reasonable land use.
