Deputies appreciated the government’s pandemic preventive and control measures and expected to see future methods to resolve the pandemic’s severe consequences on production, trade, and people’s lives.

Bui Hoai Son, a deputy of Hanoi, says: “Flexible adaptation to COVID-19 is what we should do to ensure safety for people, production, tourism, and any sector. Safety is the top priority. We have to combine with other social factors to create conditions for economic development.”

Vu Trong Kim, a deputy of Nam Dinh, says that when the government makes a drastic change in anti-pandemic approach, it’s necessary to have innovative measures to reboost the economy.

“We care about the government’s measures to recover the economy, maintain growth, bring workers back to factories, and effectively adapt to pandemic. The government and health sector will provide localities with necessary medical information and anti-pandemic instructions while localities will take active and flexible preventive measures,” Kim said.
