Madam Ngan highlighted the Party and State’s policy of paying debt of gratitude to war invalids, families of war martyrs, and revolutionary contributors. She asked local Party Committees and administrations to pay more attention to local social policy beneficiaries and poor people and help them to have a happy Tet.
