Addressing the exchange program on Tuesday at Krong Na commune, Buon Don district, Dak Lak province, Madam Ngan said: “The program has upheld the noble virtues of Uncle Ho’s soldiers, who come from the people, serve the people, and are close to the people. The program aims to strengthen education of tradition for the soldiers and local young people who carry out military and defense tasks in border areas and islands.”
Chairwoman Ngan expressed her belief that Dak Lak will make full use of the State policies for socio-economic development in ethnic and mountainous communities and promote local advantages and potentials for political stability, economic development, strong national defense, and the people’s prosperity.
Madam Ngan gave 20 cows and 400 gifts to social beneficiary and poor families and 100 scholarships to disadvantaged children with good academic results.
