The National Assembly Chairman emphasized that 2023 is the third year of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the first year of implementing the Party Central Committee’s Resolution on continuing to build and perfect a Vietnamese socialist rule of law state in the new period.

He affirmed that the most important requirement of law-making is to facilitate national development and promote rapid, sustainable development and extensive integration.

National Assembly Chairman Hue asked the Institute to make proposals to continue to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of the National Assembly's operations.
