He underlined the historic significance of the ongoing administrative unit reorganization at the provincial and communal levels, describing it as a key step toward streamlining the state apparatus for greater effectiveness and efficiency, with the goal of bringing authorities closer to the people and better serving their needs.

The top legislator urged localities in Can Tho to capitalize on their strengths and support one another in building a more diverse, flexible, and sustainable economic structure. This, he noted, would help accelerate socio-economic development and enhance both the material and spiritual well-being of residents.

Mr. Man also toured the Vi Thuy Commune Public Administrative Service Center on its first day of operation.
