 In her speech, National Assembly Deputy Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan said Vietnam ’s population growth reaching the level of 90 million is an important event, opening up new opportunities for national development: “The landmark event is a major opportunity to promote national development. The Party and State have paid due attention to population and family planning, which play a key role n national development strategy and rapid and sustainable growth.”
