More Vietnamese guest workers to be sent to UAE

(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has called on the United Arab Emirates’ Ministry of Human Resources to help Vietnamese workers improve their skills and professional ethics as well as master the culture, laws and customs of the resident country.

At a reception in Dubai on Friday for the UAE’s Minister of Human Resources Abdulmanan Al Awar, the Vietnamese Prime Minister praised the signing of an MoU on human resource cooperation between the two countries.

Minister Abdulrahman Abdulmannan Al-Awar said that the UAE has a great need for foreign workers, and praised Vietnamese workers’ important contribution to the labor market in the UAE.

He promised to work with the Vietnamese Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to develop specific plans to increase the sending of Vietnamese workers to the UAE.
