(VOVWORLD) - More than 40 million Americans have already cast their election ballots. A survey of election officials by CNN, Edison Research, and Catalist shows that voters in the 47 states and DC with pre-Election Day data available are already setting records as cast their ballots either by mail or in-person less than two weeks before Election Day.
