The Ministry of Public Security requires financial institutions, organizations and individuals engaged in non-financial trades and relevant agencies to take responsibility for blocking, sealing off, temporarily seizing and handling the money and property related to the individuals, groups in the sanctions list issued by the UN Security Council and the Vietnamese Government.
