MH17 Victims’ luggage handed over to Dutch officials

Sergei Kavtaradze, a member of the self-declared rebel authority's Security Council, said the car was sealed and ready to be sent out of the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic. He added that all personal belongings and luggage contained in the car was formally signed over to the Dutch on the ground in eastern Ukraine.

The Netherlands is leading an investigation on the plane incident which claimed 298 lives.
