The highlight of the week-long festival are art programs in Nghe An and Thua Thien Hue province, where President Ho Chi Minh and his family lived for 10 years during his childhood.

“We are working around the clock to welcome a large number of visitors. The festival includes 4 important events and a TV link connecting to all provinces and cities in Vietnam to mark President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday,” said Mr. Nguyen Van Chung, deputy head of the Kim Lien historical relic site in Nghe An.

A special art program called “From Lotus Village to Ho Chi Minh City” will be held at the closing ceremony next Friday.
