The ‘Vietnam Airlines Classic – Hanoi Concert 2019’ gathered nearly 100 talented artists with over 200-year-old valuable and rare musical instruments, offering Hanoians and visitors to a classical music treat.

The orchestra performed eight famous art works, including Vietnamese national anthem 'Tien Quan Ca' (The Marching Song) and seven other international pieces.

This year’s concert was conducted by Sir Simon Rattle - the legend of the world's classical music. The concert, which enter the 3rd year, under a cooperation agreement between Vietnam Airlines and Hanoi municipal People’s Committee, was part of activities to celebrate the 65th anniversary of Hanoi's Liberation Day on October 10.
