(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue urged ministries, sectors and localities to speed up capital disbursement, in order to ensure job generation for the people and the economic growth.

At a meeting in Hanoi on Tuesday, the Ministry of Planning and Investment reported that the National Assembly asked for capital disbursement of nearly 11.5 million USD in 2016. So far, ministries, sectors and localities have disbursed 33 percent of the capital assigned by the Prime Minister. Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue asked the Ministries of Planning and Investment, and Finance to examine and revise documents guiding the implementation of projects. Mr. Hue asked relevant agencies to examine national target programs to get approval from the Ministries of Planning and Investment and Finance.
