Also on Tuesday, Hac Thanh Ward in Thanh Hoa province simulated several key activities such as the first meeting of the new communal People's Council and People’s Committee to approve its working regulations and agenda.
In Binh Dinh province, which is set to merge with Gia Lai province, officials announced that 58 new wards and communes will conduct trial operations on Friday, focusing on administrative procedures, document management software, and other digital governance systems.

Chairman of the Binh Dinh provincial People’s Committee Pham Anh Tuan said: "On June 20, Binh Dinh will test-run operations in 58 administrative units, focusing on public administration and local governance. We’ve coordinated with Gia Lai’s leadership to launch the full trial in 135 units of the new Gia Lai province on June 25. From June 28–30, the document processing systems in both provinces will be shut down to prepare for data migration to the new provincial system."
Meanwhile, from June 21–23, Da Nang City will coordinate with Quang Nam province to trial the two-tier local government model in six new wards and communes, aiming for a smooth, stable, and effective transition.
