(VNA/VOVworld) – Libya’s national congress yesterday removed Prime Minister Mustafa Abushagur from his post after rejecting his cabinet list of 10 ministers.

The congress also dismissed his previous submission of 27 cabinet members last Thursday then gave him another 72 hours to complete the task. In September the congress threatened Abushagur with dismissal if he failed to establish a new government by October 8.
A new Prime Minister will be elected in the next 3 or 4 weeks.
