The event commemorated the 120th birth anniversary of the outstanding Vietnamese leader on March 1.
A distinguished student of Ho Chi Minh, Pham Van Dong made significant contributions to promoting Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle, laying the foundation for Ho Chi Minh Studies in Vietnam. He was remembered as a loyal and modest communist leader who was close to the people and earned the respect of international friends.
Participants at the symposium highlighted his flexible application of Ho Chi Minh’s diplomatic style, which harmoniously combined national interests with universal values.
