Hoang Quoc Khanh, Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee, told the opening ceremony: “The Fair promises to open up opportunities for investors, service businesses, and travel agencies to find partners and sign contracts. It also offers Lao Cai an opportunity to promote its strengths, landscape, culture, and people at home and abroad.”

The event will have 130 booths representing domestic and foreign enterprises. A highlight will be a famtrip for 120 international travel companies from China, South Korea, Japan, and some other countries.
