Foreigners enjoy the Da Lat Summer Festival – “Rain in the mountain city” (Photo: VNA)(VOVworld) - The Central Highlands province of Lam Dong has targeted welcoming five million visitors in 2015, up 4.2% from this year.
To realise the goal, the province will focus on developing services, improving tourism quality, and investing in transportation infrastructure. Long holidays and the biennial Da Lat Flower Festival are expected to draw more tourists to the province.
According to the provincial People’s Committee, in 2014, there were 4.8 million visitors to Lam Dong, up 14.4 percent from a year ago. There were nearly 250,000 foreign visitors, up 9.3%.
