(VOVworld) – Delegates at a conference held in Hanoi on Tuesday discussed propaganda work on sea and island issues, measures to prevent peaceful evolution, and improve the effectiveness and quality of news.

The press was urged to focus its propaganda efforts on the implementation of the 11^th National Party Congress’s resolutions, and resolutions of the plenums of the Party Central Committee and the Politburo. The press was also asked to follow the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Directive on boosting information dissemination on the new Constitution. The conference was co-organized by Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education, the Ministry of Information and Communication and the Vietnam Journalists’ Association.
