Deputy PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc said almost 25 people died of traffic accidents in Vietnam every day

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, who is also the NTSC Chairman, expressed his hope that each and every citizen will act for their safety and the national development:“I call on agencies, organizations, and enterprises from central to the grassroots levels to spare no effort for a safer and more civilized traffic in Vietnam. Be responsible for yourself, your family and the society so that there will be no more horrible traffic accidents. Let’s join hands to sympathize with the victims and their families who suffered great losses caused by traffic accidents.”

The event was organized in response to the World Day of Remembrance for Victims of Road Traffic Accidents, which falls on the third Sunday of November.
