Japan, Vietnam to boost cooperation in healthcare, vocational training

(VOVworld) – On Monday, Vietnam’s Ambassador to Japan Nguyen Quoc Cuong had a meeting with Japanese Health, Labor and Welfare Minister Yasuhisa Shiozaki in Tokyo where both sides discussed measures to enhance bilateral cooperation in healthcare and vocational training.

(VOVworld) – On Monday, Vietnam’s Ambassador to Japan Nguyen Quoc Cuong had a meeting with Japanese Health, Labor and Welfare Minister Yasuhisa Shiozaki in Tokyo where both sides discussed measures to enhance bilateral cooperation in healthcare and vocational training. Minister Shiozaki said Japan wants to further cooperation with Vietnam under the Memorandum of Understanding with Vietnam’s Ministry of Health signed on March 18, 2014 in which both sides agreed to enhance exchanges in a number of prioritized areas including whole-population healthcare, aging population, and human resource development. Minister Shiozaki pledged Japan’s support for Vietnam in vocational training, especially in sending trainees and workers to Japan in the future.
