Japanese Prime Minister says country will be more active in overseas security tasks.

He said that Japan should expand the functions of the JSDF to protect the Japanese people while engaging in global security. He said in the face of a fierce security situation, the JSDF has to resolve security threats and expand its overseas tasks.
