Tehran's chief negotiator, Abbas Araqchi said the talks will be held at the deputy foreign minister level. He added that the Iranian negotiating team will hold bilateral discussions with the US and Russian delegations on January 15. Earlier in the day, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif told members of parliament that the western governments have recognized Iran’s right to enrich uranium in the interim nuclear accord signed on November 24, 2013.
