Leanna Noble and Hollis Stewart, who come from the US and taught at Ton Duc Thang University from 2013 to 2016, paid their respect to the cause of the Communist Party of Vietnam for Vietnamese people and for the working class in the world.

Prof. Dr. Vladimir Nikolaevich Kolotov, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Institute of Saint Petersburg State University, said preparations for the National Party Congress have been made carefully, including the drafting of a political report.
Dr. Kolotov said he is particularly interested in Vietnam’s development plans to 2025, 2030, and 2045. He said Vietnam needs to flexibly implement its foreign and domestic policies in order to protect its interests. He said he believes the Vietnam – Russia relationship will continue to flourish.
