At a reception for Kyle Kelhofer, Country Director of IFC for Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, on Friday, Mr. Nhan said that as Ho Chi Minh city is planning to build a financial center and implementing key infrastructure projects, it needs more capital for development investment. He also introduced Mr. Kelhofer to the city which has the highest productivity and labor quality in Vietnam and is building a science park.

Mr. Kelhofer said IFC wants to help Ho Chi Minh city to become a smart city and a role model for Vietnam and the wider region.
