(VOVworld) - The hygiene of Vietnam’s exported agro-fishery products was the theme of a seminar in Tokyo, Japan, on Wednesday. Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Dang Khoa said Vietnam has shipped agro-fishery products to 160 countries, generating 27 billion USD, of which shipments to Japan accounted for 8%. Japan is Vietnam’s second largest market for fishery products. Khoa called the seminar a chance for Japanese associations and enterprises to learn about Vietnam’s management of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
