The Minister said the agreement goes against Hungary’s security interests and poses a threat to the world. Hungary will not attend the signing of the document in Morocco in December.

The agreement has been approved by 193 UN members excluding the US which withdrew last year. This will be the first international document on migration control. It set out 23 targets to ensure legal migration activities and better manage the global flow of immigrants who have numbered 250 million, accounting for 3% of the world population.
