Themed “Quintessence of Hue cuisine”, the 5-day event allows visitors to learn about local and foreign food, see the chefs cooking, and eat their dishes at 100 booths.
Dinh Manh Thang, Chairman of the provincial Tourism Association and chief organizer, said: "This year’s festival witnesses an increasing number of domestic and foreign businesses. We encourage provinces across the nation to promote their local specialties at the event."
