(VOVworld) – Ho Chi Minh City will host a conference on Tuesday to call for greater investment in Russia, particularly in the Hanoi – Moscow Culture, Trading, and Hotel Centre.

Vladimir Lebedev, the Moscow Governor’s Consultant for International Cooperation told a Russia-based VOV reporter that Vietnam is a reliable partner of Moscow. He said: “Moscow authorities have always facilitated the Vietnamese businesses operating here. The centre, which we jointly built with Hanoi investors, is part of that facilitation. We will streamline legal procedures, introduce partners, and develop travel infrastructure to make Hanoi-Moscow travel easier.”
Lebedev went on to say that Vietnamese companies have already secured a foothold in Moscow. Their strengths include food, household appliances, and construction, of which the Hanoi – Moscow Culture, Trading and Hotel Centre is a good example.
