The announcement was made by Deputy Director of the HCM City Department of Planning and Investment Tran Anh Tuan at a meeting of the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control on Monday,

"HCMC will provide micro enterprises a support package of 4.8 million USD through the interest rate of 8.5% until the end of the year. With the same interest rate, small businesses which borrow from credit institutions through social policy banks can enjoy a support package worth 10.5 million USD," said Mr. Tuan.
