(VOVworld) – Hungary’s Parliament speaker Kover Laszlo left HCM city on Saturday concludng his visit to Vietnam at the inviation of National Assembly chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung. During a reception on Friday, Secretary of HCM city’s Party Committee Le Thanh Hai reported that two-way trade between HCM city and Hungary in the first 7 months of the year was 18 million USD. Hungary currently has 5 investment projects worth 3.7 million USD in HCM city. Mr. Hai said he hoped for continued cooperation in tourism, urban planning, public transportation, and water supply: “We value the potential of Budapest and Hungary. We’ll continue to boost cooperative programs in many areas. We are now interested in cooperation on clean water.”
The Hungarian Parliament Speaker said he will create favorable conditions for effective cooperation between Hungary and Vietnam.
