The annual event will be attended by more than 1,000 delegates from 21 countries and international organizations including the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the Asian Development Bank, according to Le Truong Duy of the HCM city Department of Foreign Affairs.

“We have been preparing thoroughly for this forum. Delegates will share experience in sustainable growth, green growth, and the circular economy toward net-zero emissions,” said Mr. Duy.
