The municipal authority will hold traditional meetings and exchanges with veterans, historical figures and witnesses including officers, soldiers of the Air Defense - Air Force, the capital’s armed forces in the 1972 campaign.
Activities will include a seminar and youth exchange with veterans who participated in the 12-day "Hanoi - Dien Bien Phu in the air" campaign.
The B52 Victory Museum, schools and localities will organize exhibitions and thematic displays. There will be sports activities, performing arts, art exchanges, and a photo exhibition of the victory held by Hanoi’s culture and sports sector and relevant departments, branches, and localities.
The Municipal People's Committee will organize activities including an incense ceremony at the Monument of Kham Thien street, Dong Da district, and a commemorative event.
