(VOVworld) - Hanoi police will implement plans to secure the 132nd Inter-Parliamentary Union General Assembly (IPU 132), scheduled for March 25 to April 1. Deputy Minister of Public Security, Senior Lieutenant General To Lam said Hanoi police will ensure absolute security and social order not only for IPU 132 activities but also for the rest of Hanoi. The municipal police will do their utmost to boost Vietnam’s friendly relations with international organizations and countries and Vietnam’s prestige in the international arena, Lam said.
