In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung urged Hanoi’s businesses and entrepreneurs to improve management capacity and transparency, adopt long-term development strategies, and balance business success with social responsibility. He emphasized technology as a driver of growth, and encouraged enterprises to engage more deeply in global value chains and meet international standards. 

Mr. Dung said that the government sees businesses as the core of development and is committed to supporting them. "I believe Hanoi’s business community will continue to grow and contribute to the country’s sustainable development," he added. 

The ceremony recognized 118 businesses and entrepreneurs, encouraging them to innovate, improve their competitiveness, and help turn Hanoi into a center of innovation and international trade.
